Order processing

Orders are typically processed within [2-3] business days of purchase.

Delivery times

PawsPlaza works with multiple fulfilment partners to bring you a curated range at fair prices. Because of this, delivery times are generally [5-7] business days within Australia, depending on the product and your location. We know this is longer than some retailers — we'd rather tell you honestly upfront than promise something we can't deliver. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times, as they can ship from different fulfilment locations.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, high demand periods) can affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@pawsplaza.com.au and we'll look into it and keep you updated.

Customs and duties

For most personal orders, no additional customs duties apply on entry into Australia. In the rare case duties are payable, this will be the customer's responsibility.
